- Stable engaged leadership team with an average tenure with the organization over 10 years.
- Proven experience as hospitality manager.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dining room service techniques, resident relations, plate presentation, sanitation, food handling, personnel administration and special functions.
- ServSafe certified within one year from acceptance of position.
- Must be people-oriented individual, have good communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in a supervisory position with several years of experience in the area of Food Service.
- Basic computer skills: Word, Email, Excel, Spread Sheets
- Work as a team member.
- Ability to use business math concepts.
- Extensive walking, standing, stooping most of the working day.
- Tastes and smells foods to determine quality and palatability.
- Hand dexterity to prepare food, visual acuity to assess presentation of food in attractive manner.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 90 pounds.
